UHY Expands into Nashville with PHB CPAs
PHB CPAs is comprised of 38 team members, four of whom will be joining UHY as partners, including Hardee. All PHB professional and administrative team members will join UHY and continue to operate in their Franklin, TN location.

UHY is entering the Nashville market by joining with accounting firm, PHB CPAs, effective December 1, 2022.
PHB CPAs is one of the most trusted and experienced accounting firms in the Nashville region. The firm provides business, individual and non-profit accounting services and specializes in tax preparation and planning, as well as bookkeeping and audits.
